Bob Holdsworth

Founder & President

Bob’s career in the EMS and healthcare communities currently spans more than 45 years. During those years, he has spent 4½ years in prison … as a medic and corrections officer … held executive leadership positions in several for-profit EMS agencies, volunteer positions in both EMS and Fire agencies and served as the EMS Coordinator at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital where he helped develop a hospital based, regional, non-transport ALS service. This uniquely diverse and lengthy career allows him to bring state-of-the-industry as well as historical perspective to each of his consulting assignments.

Jack Holdsworth

Senior Advisor

Jack is an experienced strategic communications professional and 9-year veteran of EMS. Throughout his career, he has helped a diverse array of healthcare organizations – including non-profits, advocacy organizations and Fortune 500 companies – tell their stories to local, state and federal decisionmakers. He also actively works as an EMT and has served in operations and training leadership roles across both paid and volunteer EMS agencies. He earned both his Master’s in Political Communication and B.A. in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government from American University.

Ben Zura

Senior Advisor/Data Analyst

Benjamin Zura is an EMS Futurist with 20 years of experience in the field. Specializing in EMS dataculture and operations system design, Ben helps organizations transform raw data into actionable intelligence. He currently serves on the Connecticut EMS Advisory Board, where he advocates for data-driven decision-making among EMS leadership.

Ben is the creator of The Atlas of Connecticut EMS, a landmark research project that utilizes GIS data mapping to illustrate trends and systemic changes within the state’s emergency medical services system. A frequent advisor to the state legislature, tech companies, and non-profit agencies, Ben’s work focuses on integrating data collection invisibly into EMS operations to discover opportunities for growth and solve subtle systemic problems.
