Improving outcomes starts and ends with data. A clear picture of your systems' current operational, clinical, and financial performance is more than just data, it's a decision-making tool. 

Knowing your numbers helps you take stock of what's working and what's not, identify solutions, make smart use of your agency's resources, and, of course, measure outcomes.

Better data leads to better decisions, better decisions lead to better care, and better care leads to better outcomes. Rinse and repeat.
